What's a mini session?
A mini session is a brief/short photo session that lasts about 10-20min. We can take photos of just you OR you can bring your partner, your family, kids, pets, best friend, your date (I mean, that's a fun first date idea, isn't it?), you name it. Mini sessions are open to whoever and whatever you'd like to bring along. The session may be brief, but we can pack so much fun into that short time span- trust me!
Foster & Adoptive Families
As someone who has fostered, someone who is very passionate about child welfare- I really want to cater to our community in a way that matters. That being said, I'm now offering "pay-what-you-can" photoshoots during *all* mini session days. If you are a foster or adoptive family, let me know in the form below. I have so much love and respect for what you do. The professional photos I have of me and my foster son are incredibly precious to me and I hope to offer the same to other families. Thank you ♡
What are the perks of booking a mini session?
Well, you can get some pretty awesome photos without having to commit to giving an hour+ of your time. This can be super helpful for those short attention spans or when you want photos, but life is just busy. Secondly, these are heavily discounted photos! Mini sessions allow you to get professional photos on a budget. Another perk? If you like to document the little things in life, these budgeted photo shoots allow you to book multiple in one year without spending nearly as much.
What about the drawbacks?
Although mini sessions are awesome, they have their drawbacks. For example, if you (or your partner, children, etc.) are slow to warm up, you may not get the comfortable and authentic photos you're looking for in just 10-20min. Often, young children have a hard time warming up in such a short time unless they already know me pretty well. Mini sessions have significantly less photos included in your gallery, so you'll have less of a selection than you would with a regular full-priced photo shoot.
